Exchanges

We provide size exchanges within 10 calendar days, only if the returned cone has never been used and is in brand new condition. Please review our sizing chart carefully and take your dog's measurements before making your purchase.

Refunds

We offer full refunds within 10 calendar days on cones that are unused and unworn. Items must be shipped back to us in the original packing box and bag they came in. We cannot provide refunds on cones that have already been used by your pet or show any signs of wear and tear.

 

Please supervise your pet when they are wearing it and do not leave your pet unattended. They are not to be used as toys and should be stored away when not in use. Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace cones that have been damaged through misuse.
